GameDaily BIZ reports that that venerable arcade co-op coin classic Joust will be made into a movie. Of all the games that should be remade (as a game) but not a movie, Joust is near the top. I don't know whether this a joke or not. It's not April 1st. It's not even Uwe Boll.
What's next, Space Invaders starring Bruce Willis, Asteroids with Ben Affleck, Dig Dug with Steve Buscemi?
Brilliant scraping of old IP for film or does the vision of vultures picking over an old carcass seem appropriate?
