It's amazing what filmmakers will go through in order to get a film made, but giving up an eye is a hard pill to swallow.
But in all seriousness, the eyeborg project is an interesting idea (embedding a wireless camera where someone's damaged eye used to be). Enabling the disabled? Progress to making the sightless see again? Or just pushing us towards the 24/7 surveillance society where every person is an eye node in a vast connected network?
