The National Film Board of Canada has put a portion of its archive of films online.
Of course a great many are animations (usually shorts), and many have been nominated or won Academy Awards.
Two classics are The Big Snit and The Cat Came Back.

"The Big Snit" is a marvelous film. I remember seeing it as part of a "Festival of Animation" feature-length collection many years ago. I always remember it as a masterpiece of animation, an inspiration.
Yup. I wish there were more animation festivals to see this sort of thing.
