The National Film Board of Canada has put a portion of its archive of films online.
Of course a great many are animations (usually shorts), and many have been nominated or won Academy Awards.
Two classics are The Big Snit and The Cat Came Back.

There's also more experimental films like Two Sisters, and Mindscape.

"The Big Snit" is a marvelous film. I remember seeing it as part of a "Festival of Animation" feature-length collection many years ago. I always remember it as a masterpiece of animation, an inspiration.
Yup. I wish there were more animation festivals to see this sort of thing.
