Esquire Does Machinima - Poorly

I have to say I'm not impressed with this article and after reading the excellent Escapist article awhile ago (see previous post), this one is a letdown. Not only that but it's wrong on a few 'facts':
But after years of being used for mindless entertainment, machinima has finally entered the political arena. Two weeks ago, Zarathustra Studios released a spot called "Fairgame" (watch it below), which uses Warcraft to make a point about the importance of fair trade.
Um...really? Get your facts straight. Strange Company released "Fairgame", not Zarathustra Studios. And 'mindless entertainment' and finally in the 'political arena'? Bah, I can write a better article than that.

Feel free to send a comment to the person responsible.

I was one of her source interviews, which makes it all the more aggravating for me. I e-mailed the author about her mistakes yesterday when I saw them (and copied Hugh, so he'd know what was up); she didn't seem at all concerned.

The article as a whole was really bad. Very disappointing.

Ouch.

I'd say email the editor/ombudsman.
