GotFrag, an eSports site, has started a top ten frag highlight reel showcasing the best frags or frag runs for the week. The first release only showcases a set of CounterStrike v 1.6 highlights, but considering both the numbe of tournies that were going on this week, and the insane frags and frag runs, it's a good start.
Although I like the idea, I do think they need to alter the format a little. My ideas are posted in the comments section of their site so I won't bother reiterating them here.
