From New World Notes comes this post about a new machinima series called "My Second Life" that is, you guessed it, shot in Second Life. Apparently the series will be a set of diary dispatches from a traveler (Molotov Alva) who has entered SL only to leave the real world behind. The series appears in a docu-autobiographical format.
Interesting. Is this a cry out against virtual world addiction? Or merely an advertising ploy from some shadow corporation? A film student's take on SL? Whatever it turns out to be, it's well done. Episode one is up, and there will be seven in total.
